Hear live blues from Louisiana and Mississippi artists, sample some of the best BBQ in New Orleans, and discover unique, creative visual art from talented, local artists.

  • 9th Annual Tremé Fall Festival – 1210 Governor Nicholls, New Orleans, LA 70116
    The 9th Annual Tremé Fall Festival promises a full day of live music, outstanding dining, and activities for all ages, all while celebrating one of New Orleans' most historic neighborhoods. Don't miss the Second Line parade to start the event, or the packed schedule of live music on stage all day long. This year's Tremé Fall Festival takes place on October 16, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Oktoberfest New Orleans – 1700 Moss St., New Orleans, LA 70119
    Bringing the food, drink, and culture of Germany to NOLA, Oktoberfest New Orleans is always a highly anticipated October event. This year's Oktoberfest will be open for three weekends on October 11-12, 18-19, and 25-26, 2024. There will be more than 20 German beers on tap, traditional German cuisine, fun Oktoberfest-themed games, and plenty of traditional music all day long. As part of the festivities, there will also be a 6K run hosted by the New Orleans Track Club on October 12, 2024.

  • Gentilly Fest – 5701 Press Dr., New Orleans, LA 70126
    Gentilly Fest
    is a celebration of all things Gentilly and will be held at Pontchartrain Park from October 11-13, 2024. It's a free event for all to attend, featuring live music, delicious food, a fantastic vendor village, and tons of activities in the Kids' Village, including a dedicated performance stage with kid-friendly entertainment all day long. If you're looking for a family-friendly event, this one's a great choice.

  • New Orleans Film Festival – 900 Camp St., New Orleans, LA 70130
    This year marks the 35th annual New Orleans Film Festival, so it's no surprise that the event has only gotten bigger and better than ever. This year's festival will feature more than 150 films from over 250 filmmakers, with events at a variety of great locations around the city. There will be film premiers at the best theaters, live music across countless stages, a Second Line parade to open the event, and tons of opportunities to connect with the talented people who create the films that you'll see on the big screen. There are tons of smaller events that make up the New Orleans Film Festival, all taking place from October 16-27, 2024.
