About Allen Duhé, CRS, GRI, MRP, REL, MBA

As 2016 President of the Realtor Association of Acadiana, Allen developed a wide circle of exposure for his listings by virtue of knowing - quite literally - almost all 1800+ Realtor members of the Association. Licensed in 2004, Allen came into his real estate career a lengthy career in the interior design field, often working with builders, architects, and their clients in developing plans, selecting finishes and furnishings, space planning, and all the other myriad details involved in buying, building or renovating homes.

With several certifications, including CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), and MRP (Military Relocation Proessional), Allen is well poised to help you, whether you are buying or selling.  The GRI certification ensures Allen's proficiency in contracts, and the buying and selling processes.  Allen's CRS certification is especially valuable to Sellers, as there are frequent webinars, classes and networking events which help familiarize him with the latest technologies and methods of exposing his listings to the optimum number of potential buyers.  Additionally, Allen, a US Navy veteran, holds the MRP  designation and the Eco-Friendly Green designation.  

In addition to his involvement at the local board level, Allen is involved at the state leadership level, as well, having served as Chair of Louisiana Realtors Leadership Program for 2016 (and is a graduate of the LR Leadership Class of 2013), and served as Chair of Professional Development and Leadership for Louisiana Realtors for 2017, as well as being a member of the Louisiana Realtors Board of Directors for 2016, 2017, 2018, and on the Louisiana Realtos Executive Committee for 2017.
